Job Description
As a Transport Assistant, you will play a key role in organizing and coordinating goods shipments. Your duties will include:
- Managing customs procedures and customer invoicing;
- Administratively preparing driver routes;
- Scheduling customer appointments;
- Handling delivery notifications and managing rates with GB partners;
- Organizing goods shipments according to terms agreed with the client;
- Monitoring and verifying required documentation based on the mode of transport (export/import heavy goods vehicles).
- Confirming goods departure and/or arrival in accordance with operational procedures;
- Handling disputes in coordination with your direct supervisor;
- Invoicing files while adhering to Incoterms and internal processes.
- Sourcing and negotiating transport solutions.

Le profil recherché
-Technician Certificate (BTS) in Logistics/Transport or International Trade.
- Proficiency in English/Polish or English/ German or Spanish/English and franch.;
- 23 years of expérience in a similar role is ideal.
- Proficiency in multimodal transport regulations.
