We are seeking a Market Intelligence & Product Strategy Manager M/F/X to support the growth and competitiveness of our Parenteral and ICO Business Unit.Acting as the strategic insight engine of the BU, you will transform market intelligence into actionable recommendations that drive portfolio decisions, platform evolution, and future growth opportunities.Working closely with Strategy & Marketing, Sales, Innovation, and R&D teams, you will help shape where we compete, how we innovate, and which opportunities we prioritize.This position is based in our HQ in Lyon Gerland and reports to the Strategy & Marketing Director of the BU. Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Intelligence & Strategic InsightsMonitor market, patient, disease, drug pipeline, technology, regulatory, customer, and competitive trends.Identify emerging opportunities and translate external signals into strategic recommendations.Develop and maintain market intelligence tools, dashboards, and reporting routines.Market Analysis & Opportunity IdentificationConduct market sizing, competitive assessments, customer insights analysis, and opportunity mapping.Leverage industry reports, databases, expert interviews, customer feedback, and epidemiology data.Identify unmet needs, adjacent markets, white spaces, and new platform opportunities.Partner with Innovation and Category teams to define strategic project and platform requirements.Product & Portfolio StrategySupport BU strategy, platform roadmaps, and portfolio planning activities.Contribute to platform assessments, value proposition development, competitor benchmarking, and market attractiveness evaluations.Provide data-driven insights to strengthen category and portfolio decisions.Business Cases & Strategic ProjectsSupport investment decisions through robust market assessments, pricing analysis, volume forecasting, and competitive positioning.Lead selected strategic initiatives, including pricing tools, partnership strategies, portfolio governance, and performance dashboards.Drive continuous improvement of market intelligence and strategic planning processes.
Le profil recherché
ProfileMaster's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.5/8 years of experience in strategy, marketing, consulting, in pharmaceutical, drug delivery, medical device, or related industries.Strong experience in market assessment, portfolio strategy, business case development, and product lifecycle management. Curious about healthcare innovation, drug delivery technologies, and evolving market dynamics.Excellent analytical skills with advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency. Experience with IQVIA, GlobalData, or similar market intelligence tools is a plus.Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset.Experience leveraging AI tools and developing AI agents to enhance productivity, decision-making, and business processes is a plusComfortable influencing stakeholders across functions and seniority levels.Autonomous, proactive, and results-driven.Excellent communication and project management skills.Excellent level of English (oral and written) as the day-to-day working language If you're: · Passionate about growing a business· Enjoy working as a team· Proud to make products that improve patients' lives· And go the extra mile to deliver on your commitments, Then you'll be successful here!
