Cyber Security Administrator F - M - X H/F - Nemera

Nemera Services is looking for a new Cyber security Administrator F/M/X among the central Information Security team. The position is based at our headquarters in Lyon 7th and reports to the CISO of the Nemera Group.

Main missions within the central Info Sec (Information Security) team:

• Actively contributes to the implementation of the Information Security roadmap, including projects to manage.
• Performs information systems security monitoring activities, including threat and vulnerability management.
• Operates and administers key security tools.
• Contributes to the response to security incidents, including escalation to cyber crisis management when necessary.
• Conducts controls and audits to verify compliance with policies and the effectiveness of implemented measures.

• Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional, hands-on cybersecurity experience in in an operational security role.
• Experience must come from employment in a professional environment. Internships, apprenticeships, academic projects, training programmes and university coursework do not count towards the required experience.
• Practical experience in security monitoring, threat detection and incident response.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM and EDR solutions.
• Knowledge of vulnerability management.
• Experience working in Windows-based environments is highly desirable.
• Fluent French and English are mandatory. You must be comfortable communicating with international stakeholders and working professionally in both languages on a daily basis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural, and constantly evolving environment.
