XPO Logistics Europe is looking for an apprentice to support ourSales Support and Sales Excellence activities. Sales Support Apprentice responsibilities include:
- Daily Sales support to Strategic Account Managers (SAMs) & Market Line Directors:

- Manage the Customer Profile section within Account Plans- Support the preparation of customer meetings and Business Reviews- Prepare analyses and reports (revenue, performance, etc.) for customer presentations
- Pan-European Tenders

- Provide support in designing customer presentations for panEuropean tenders, in close collaboration with Strategic Account Managers and Solution Design teams.- Lead the RFI database update and improvement process at both country and European levels.
- Sales Enablement Tool

- Actively support the creation of new collaterals for the Sales Library on defined topics, as well as the update of existing materials (business cases, sales presentations, etc.)- Provide support in improving user adoption by creating user guides, new pages, tutorials, FAQs, etc.
- Market Intelligence

- Provide ongoing support on market research and adhoc analyses related to competitors, sectors, customers, and tools.
- Other

- Assist in preparing quarterly sales webinars- Contribute to the implementation of sales initiatives- Lead the preparation of the quarterly newsletter- Lead the update and improvement of the European Sales Guidelines in collaboration with key stakeholders. Other Stakeholders: Strategic Account Managers, Market Line Directors, European Sales Director, European & BU Sales Operations teams, Customer Solution Design Teams (Europe & Countries), Europe Marketing Team, Countries Sales teams - Hard skills- Fluent in French- Professional proficiency in English (frequent internal meetings and written exchanges)- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Previous experience in Marketing or Sales Support is strongly appreciated - Soft skills- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment- Excellent communication skills (particularly with sales teams)- Customeroriented mindset- Agility and ability to rapidly adapt to new environments- Strong multitasking and organizational skills- Autonomy and a proactive, leadershipdriven attitude - Would be a plus- Experience in Logistics or Transport- Power BI expertise- Knowledge of Salesforce or Sales Enablement tools- Spanish language skills
