Strategy & Transformation Manager CDI Replacement H/F - XPO Logistics

We are looking to hire a self-starter, innovative, results-driven, high-ownership Program Manager F/M on a permanent contract (CDI), based in Lyon or Paris to support the delivery of transformation projects. Reporting to the VP Strategy & Transformation, you will be the owner, responsible for defining and delivering objectives in line with ExCom members, sponsors and team members.

A successful candidate will leverage project management and leadership experience, problem-solving skills, and influence over authority to promote a culture of excellence within the team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong business sense, comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasking and high-energy environment.

Your missions will be :

- Drive key strategic programs on behalf of the ExCom.
- Challenge the level of ambition and project rationale.
- Ensure coordination and own program delivery with key stakeholders.
- Identify risks and roadblocks and deploy mitigating actions.
- Support the elaboration and execution of the external growth strategy (analyze targets, challenge business case and own process completion)

We are looking for :

- A proven track record in top-tier strategy consultancies (McKinsey, BCG & Bain) or equivalent experience in a similar position.
- Ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope business requirements, manage risks appropriately and effectively
- Result-oriented person, self-starter capable of taking initiative and managing multiple projects/programs with minimal direction
- Strong contributor eager to learn and develop within the company
- Experience in transportation & supply chain or related industries, with Program ownership/management is a plus
