At Nemera, we are passionate about developing innovative drug delivery solutions that truly make a difference in patients' lives. To support our continued growth, we're looking for a Communication Coordinator M/F/X to join our team in Lyon (HQ Gerland).
Our future Communication Coordinator will support and execute our external communication strategy in a dynamic, international and industrial B2B environment.
Reporting to the Global Communications Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening brand visibility, ensuring message consistency, and delivering impactful communication initiatives aligned with business priorities. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, close to the business and involving end-to-end project management.
This position is based in our HQ in Lyon Gerland.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and deploy external communication plans aligned with business objectives
- Translate marketing and commercial priorities into clear communication actions
- Manage key external channels (website, social media, PR) and ensure consistency of messaging and brand identity
- Lead B2B social media activity (mainly LinkedIn): content creation, editorial planning, and performance tracking
- Coordinate website content and performance (CMS, SEO, analytics)
- Act as the communication lead for tradeshows and events (concept, messaging, coordination)
- Create and manage marketing materials (brochures, presentations, digital assets)
- Support PR activities, newsletters, product launches, and corporate announcements
- Monitor performance (KPIs) and continuously optimize communication actions
Le profil recherché
Profile
- 5 to 10 years of experience in external communication in a B2B environment
- Background in an inernational and industrial environment
- Strong writing, storytelling, and content creation skills
- Good understanding of digital ecosystems (social media, website, analytics, SEO)
- Hands-on experience with design tools (Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe basics)
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Autonomous, proactive, and detail-oriented
Excellent level of English : day-to-day working language
