About the job :
We are looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to design, implement, and support Dynamics 365 CE solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to analyze requirements, build custom solutions, and ensure smooth integration with external systems, while following best practices for data, security, and user experience.
Responsibilities:

- Lead the analysis, design, development, deployment, and support of Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
- Create and configure data and security models in Dynamics 365 to ensure compliance with business requirements.
- Design custom solutions on Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
- Develop and test external applications to interface with Dynamics 365.
- Analyze data from multiple sources and migrate it to the target system.
- Produce Class diagrams, Entity-Relationship diagrams, and Sequence diagrams.
- Configure Dynamics 365 CE environments for development, testing, and production.
- Collaborate with customers to map requirements to solutions.
- Coordinate with focal points and vendors to resolve functional and performance issues.
- Write Epics, Features, and User Stories to populate the project backlog.
- Follow Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation as required.

What we are looking for:

- 2+ years of professional experience in software development, including Dynamics 365 CE development or Power Platform as a Functional Expert.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ALM.
- Hands-on experience with Azure, Power Automate, and PowerApps.
- Ability to integrate Dynamics 365 CE with external systems.
- Experience designing and testing Dynamics 365 CE solutions in large-scale environments.
- Skilled in designing user interfaces following Dynamics 365 CE best practices.
- Experience participating in Agile projects.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Jira is a plus.
- Relevant Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.
- Industry certifications such as ITIL are a plus.
- Fluent in english.
