Poste

We are seeking a Career Development & Employee Engagement Manager who will act as a strategic and operational partner on all topics related to talent development, performance management, and employee engagement.

In collaboration with our HR Associate Director and with a strong coaching mindset, you will help shape and deploy our talent strategy across multiple European entities, fostering a culture of growth, inclusion, and longterm engagement.

Your main responsibilities include (non-exhaustive list):

Career & Performance Development

- Lead the annual performance review cycles and professional development interviews
- Configure and manage HRIS workflows (ADP Decidium), including creating user guides and communication plans
- Train managers and employees on effective review practices, leveraging coaching techniques to maximize impact
- Monitor campaign progress, ensure compliance, and recommend continuous improvements
- Design and maintain the company career path framework, supporting employees in creating meaningful and proactive career plans
- Promote internal mobility and actively contribute to succession planning initiatives
- Track career development KPIs and provide actionable recommendation

Employee Engagement

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and overall experience
- Lead engagement surveys in collaboration with our Japanese mother company as the European point of contact, analyze results, and coordinate action plans with HRBPs
- Work with leadership stakeholders to identify talent development needs and support engagement efforts
- Drive recognition programs, internal events, and communication campaigns that reinforce company culture
- Benchmark innovative HR practices and propose actionable improvements
- Participate in cross-functional projects to support organizational goals
- Contribute to ad hoc HR initiatives focused on talent development, engagement, and culture

Profil

- Strong understanding of career development frameworks, engagement strategies, and legal obligations
- Proven coaching posture: active listening, constructive questioning, individual and group facilitation
- Fluent in both English and French
- Comfortable with HRIS tools and proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
- Coaching certification or significant experience applying coaching methods in HR
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role within an international environment
- Experience in employee engagement is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and diplomacy
- Analytical, organized, and detailoriented
- Creative, proactive, and comfortable proposing new ideas
- Dynamic, curious, and committed to supporting people's growth

Remuneration:fixed and variable compensation
