You will report to the Head of Construction, Modularity and Constructability, and you will be in charge of the the definition of the work site logistic allowing the competitiveness of NUWARD SMR with regards to the construction and commissioning schedule.

Your responsibility will be to implement from the design stage the methods and logistic to consider construction and constructability, in the design, in order to achieve the objectives, i.e. to ultimately reduce NUWARD SMR construction duration.
Your mission will include :
Contribute to the Constructability strategy and ensure its consistent application between the Islands from a logistic point of view.
Define and optimize logistic path within each island and integrate them into the worksite plot plan .
Define transport logistics inside work site for all modules (especially largest one)
Ensure that logistic tools (storage area, type of crane, crane positioning, ... ) are taken into account in a homogeneous manner,
Develop plans at the scale of the facility or Island that integrate, coordinate and sequence construction activities in order to obtain the optimal construction sequence (efficient and safe, taking into account the feedback of European construction companies):
Introduction routes and handling of equipment and materials,
Construction site supply
Temporary services (scaffolding, temporary utilities, etc.)
Working areas, warehousing areas, storage areas.
Develop generic site activities prior to the FCD (First Concrete Date) and define the workshops, warehouses and temporary site equipment that can be used for the construction of the Islands.
