Key Responsibilities

- Drive aspects concerning corporate income tax, withholding tax, VAT/GST, transfer pricing, and international tax frameworks (BEPS, OECD, CFC, etc.).
- Lead tax audits and resolve disputes with authorities in different regions (supported by local advisors)
- Hands-on experience implementing tax strategies across multiple jurisdictions, to optimize effective tax rates
- Design and manage tax governance, compliance, and risk frameworks across large organizations
- Management of the holding company / fiscal integration
