Company Overview

A growing, innovative company specializing in industrial engineering and sustainable solutions is looking for a Human Resources Generalist Apprentice to join its HR team in Lyon.

Operating in a complex and international environment, the company designs and delivers cutting-edge turnkey systems aimed at reducing environmental impact in energy recovery facilities.

Your Responsibilities

As part of the HR team and reporting to the HR Manager, you will work on a variety of HR topics including international mobility, recruitment, HR processes, and KPI tracking.

1. International Mobility & Secondments

Support the preparation and follow-up of international assignments (employee briefings, documentation).

Manage administrative secondment files (contracts, amendments, certificates, social security forms, etc.).

Monitor legal and regulatory requirements regarding international assignments.

Act as a point of contact for managers, employees, social security organizations, and service providers.

2. Recruitment

Draft and post job offers.

Conduct pre-screening of applications and help schedule interviews.

3. HR Processes & KPI Monitoring

Assist in formalizing, optimizing, and updating HR procedures.

Track and analyze HR indicators (headcount, turnover, etc.).

Create HR dashboards and contribute to monthly/quarterly reporting.

4. Legal and Regulatory Monitoring

Stay up to date with changes in labor law and HR-related regulations.

Help update internal procedures in compliance with legal obligations.

5. HR Team Support

Support the HR calendar (mandatory campaigns, performance reviews, etc.).

Assist with transversal HR topics depending on team priorities.

Contribute to the preparation of professional elections (scheduled in 2026).

6. Additional Projects

Depending on your progress and team needs, you may contribute to cross-functional projects such as QWL (Quality of Work Life), digitalization, or diversity initiatives.
