Main responsibilities:

- Management & organization: Lead the team (Data Analyst and Data Scientist), distribute workload, ensure team well-being, and support talent development
- Internal recommendations: Collaborate with various stakeholders (Management, User Research, Design, Production, etc.) to analyze gameplay mechanics and collected data. Deliver tailored recommendations and effectively communicate insights by translating analyses into clear, actionable takeaways to support creative and strategic decisions
- Vision & strategy: Define and champion the vision of the Data team, in line with the studio's and the market's priorities
- Collaboration & outreach: Represent the team internally and externally, and promote the data culture (locally, with other entities, and at a regional level)
